Re-Thinking Chris Dodd

Dodd, who helped Juan Sebastian Gomez (and his brother) stay in the United States took a turn to the right the last few weeks. He joined the pack who thinks about border enforcement most of time.

Senator Dodd was not present during the DREAM ACT vote in the Senate. Reports are that all those missing had good reasons. It would be helpful to know what kept him away. He is also saying that driving is a privilege. How does he think Juan Sebastian Gomez would get around in New York state without a driver's license?

He may speak fluent Spanish, but does he really understand?

Chris Dodd understands that he must vote for American citizens interest first, then illegal immigrants second. But you obviously gave him a pass in the beginning because he spoke Spanish and worked in Latin America. But even that does not matter to you because he is unwilling to give away the store.
You are showing your racism with this attack on him!

It was more than his Spanish that brought him to my attention. It was that he helped Juan Gomez stay in the U.S.

He is not looking as favorable now because of his recent positions on the DREAM ACT and the Driver's License issue. That is the way people usually decide who to vote for, on the positions they take on certain subjects. Just as you might want to vote for him because you approve of his opinion on immigration.

My opinion on racism is that most people are insulted when called a racist. As I mentioned before, its not a conversation when you start insulting -
