1. All of they must be recognized, because they have made a great job in helping to punnish people those who likes to get out money from their countries ("sacadolares" in spanish).
2. Jorgito castaneda must be judged in Mexico, because he betrayed his country, giving information to foreigners to take out money (maybe dirty money) and foolishing people with investment fraud.

These people were paid large sums to serve on this advisory board. At a minimum, they should have to pay back what they made. One of them began spending way above his previous life style when he went on this board. They were enbalers.
