DREAM Act Vote Moved to Next Week

We just got word that the house won't be moving on DREAM tomorrow. The house members will be back on Tuesday evening, so most likely the vote on DREAM in the house will be on Wednesday of next week!

…Is not happening tomorrow because they recessed tonight, concerned that Members would not stay in town for a vote tomorrow.  House returns to town 6 pm Tuesday, likelihood is a vote on Wednesday or Thursday, more likely Wednesday.   The CBO score is supposed to be in by later tonight and is expected to be a good score.  Official whip count not finished yet but is looking very much like the unofficial whip count (i.e. strong). 

There may be a statement or two from Members of Congress to reassure folks that things are on track for next week.  Stay tuned.
