9. (C) In response to Senator Graham's question about voting against the DREAM Act. We know it will hurt the U.S. economy to vote against it. These DREAMers would be the best professionals, work hard and get our nation back on track. We also know that our mothers are very upset with us because we are doing something so unethical. But we all know that we have to WIN WIN WIN, and we can only do this by looking like really mean, ruthless guys. We have sympathy and great respect for the DREAMers but we can't show we do, because then people would make fun of us and think we like Mexicans. Its sort of like a lynching in the days of JIM CROW, nobody wants to take a stand against the atrocity because they are all afraid of being left out, belittled, and humiliated (Mark Twain wrote a great story about this that was only published recently, it's titled "The United States of Lyncherdom"). We know that someday we will regret this, but the future is not important, it is the PRESENT that counts. We have to WIN WIN WIN - the House, the Senate, and make Tom Delay or Sheriff Arpaio our next US PRESIDENT. Then the TEA Party would listen to us. Plus, if we vote agains the DREAM Act, Palin might actually have a date with one of us. .
10. (C) COMMENT from SENATOR GRAHAM: XXXXXXXXXXXXXMy aunt Edsel is very angry with me about this and says that my grandmother is turning in her grave over what I have done to the DREAMers. She says that I shouldn't hang around with SENATOR Sessions, it looks bad, PLUS SHE IS AFRAID I'LL PICK UP HIS ACCENT. XXXXXXXXXXXXX but I admit I want to WIN WIN WIN every election, and be as powerful and bad as Lyndon Johnson was in his heyday in the SENATE. Actually I think the DREAMERS are amazing young people. I wish our average American kid would be so hard working, focused and ambitious, but all they want to do now is play World of Warcraft and cheat on their papers in college. They don't really care about the future of this country, they don't care about their families. However, since I want to WIN WIN WIN, I could never say what I really feel in public.... it would make me look like a Mexican lover - please don't tell anyone that my first girlfriend and love of my life was an undocumented college student from Durham. My parents loved her, but my friends all made fun of me and I broke up with her so I wouldn't be left out of my social group.XXXXXSO NOW I SPEND ALL MY TIME TRYING TO USE

MY FAMILY HAS SUSPICIONS THAT I AM DOING SOMETHING UNETHICAL, BUT SINCE I WANT TO ONLY WIN WIN WIN, I put on a fake front and pretend I hate DREAMERS and all people who came undocumented to the U.S. - and I say all this with a smile.
